Fox’s Pizza Pi Day Run/Walk

Saturday, March 14, 2015 – 11:00 AM

Leadership Oconee is hosting a Fox’s Pi Day Run/Walk to be held at Oconee Veterans Park on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 11:00AM.  The confirmed sponsors of the event are Fox’s Pizza Den, KiKi’s Bakery, and Bank South. Proceeds from the race will go towards Project Safe through Dancing with the Athens Stars Team 9.

Course:  The 3.14 Mile course will be run on the OVP trails. Finish line management will be provided by Classic Race Services with results posted online within 24 hours at www.classicraceservices.com and www.active.com.

Awards:  Awards will be presented to the Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female.  The top three male/female in age groups beginning at 10 and under through 75 and over will be given awards.

Goodies:  All pre-registered participants will receive a short sleeved tee shirt and as available to race day registration.  Post-race refreshments will include delicious pizza pie from Fox’s Pizza, freshly baked personal pies from Kiki’s Bakery and other traditional race refreshments.  Plus, all racers can enjoy Fox’s 3/14/15 Pi Day $3.14 12” one topping pizzas all day at Fox’s! Wear your race shirt!
